Churros Fries
Ingredients for churro fries:
Potatoes 1 kg
Milk 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Flour 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for masala:
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ingredients for cheese sauce:
Milk 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Directions for masala:
In a blender add oregano, garlic powder, red chili powder, paprika powder, onion powder and salt.
Blend until all the ingredients are well combined. Your masala is ready. Set aside.
Directions for cheese sauce:
In a pan add butter, when butter melts add flour and give it a good mix.
Now add milk, salt, black pepper and cook for about 2 minutes or until thicken.
Then add cheese, cook until cheese melts. Your cheese sauce is ready set aside.
Directions for churro fries:
In a pan simmer water, add peeled potatoes in it and boil until they are fully done.
Now in a bowl add these boiled potatoes, milk, egg, flour, salt and black pepper.
Mash them well until you get a smooth paste like consistency and make sure no lumps remain.
Now take a in a piping bag add these mashed potato mixture and attach nozzle as shown in video.
Heat oil in a pan, pipe mixture in oil in long fries shape and fry until light golden brown.
Your churro fries are ready. Sprinkle prepared masala and drizzle cheese sauce on top and serve.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
